Four wreaths are presented at the 9/11 Memorial outside the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command headquarters on Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Sept. 11, 2021. Presenting the first wreath is Gen. Glen D. VanHerck, Commander, NORAD and USNORTHCOM; retired Gen. Ralph E. Eberhart, keynote speaker and former commander of NORAD and USNORTHCOM; and Sgt. Maj. James Porterfield, Command Senior Enlisted Leader, NORAD and USNORTHCOM.
