PRIMARY ELECTION INFORMATION All active, registered voters should have received mailed ballots for the June 28 Primary Election. If not, contact the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder’s Office at 575-VOTE (8683) or elections@elpasoco.com.
Unaffiliated voters are eligible to vote in this election. If you are registered to vote as unaffiliated, you should have received a mail ballot packet with both a Democratic Party ballot and a Republican Party ballot. Unaffiliated voters may use only one ballot. Complete instructions will be provided with your mail ballot packet. Information: clerkandrecorder. elpasoco.com/elections/unaffiliated-voters. Voters also have the option to vote at a Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC). Manitou Springs’ location is inside City Hall, 606 Manitou Ave. It will be open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, June
27, and 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 28. You can still register to vote and update your registration and receive your ballot at a VSPC through Election Day. Completed ballots should have been mailed by June 20, but secure ballot drop boxes are open 24/7 throughout the county to return your ballot. Manitou’s ballot box is east of City Hall. Ballots are due 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 28. Postmarks do not count. The Colorado Secretary of State’s Office offers BallotTrax, which allows voters to track their ballot’s status.
