Hull announces he’s stepping down as MSHS principal Jesse Hull, Manitou Springs High School principal, announced his resignation from the position on Friday, April 8. Hull, who served as assistant principal under Glen Hard, moved into the principal’s office in August 2020 after Markus Moeder-Chandler resigned. During a staff meeting after school on Friday, Hull said that the past two
years have been hard on everyone. He said that he needs a change because the COVID-19 pandemic, and its effect on the educational system, has impacted him. Hull will finish out the school year and plans to stay involved in the community, but he’s looking for other career opportunities. The New Jersey
native has a master’s degree in educational leadership. Dr. Elizabeth Domangue, District 14 superintendent, expressed her gratitude for Hull’s 17 years of service to the district. District leadership will send an update about how the community can be involved in selecting the new principal.
