Tuffy’s Toasted Roll Milkshake The Tuffy’s Toasted Roll Milkshake is available in the Pulley Diner in Armstrong Student Center.

The Tuffy’s Toasted Roll is a long standing tradition on Miami’s campus. The decadent treat was first featured at Tuffy’s in the Shriver Center food court back in the day and consists of uniquely fried bread, topped with cinnamon and powdered sugar.

Now we introduce the Toasted Roll 2.0: The Tuffy's Toasted Roll Milkshake!

This sweet treat is crafted with vanilla ice cream blended with a Toasted Roll, and topped with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and Toasted Roll pieces.

It was recently featured in Butler County's Secret Shake Society, which sends its members a new milkshake to try every two weeks. Since being featured in the Secret Shake Society, the Tuffy’s Toasted Roll Milkshake has been ordered over 30 times!

AllerTrainer of the Month Joanna Saba was awarded the AllerTrainer of the Month award for teaching 12 Aller Trainer courses this summer.

Move-In Recap This fall we are excited to once again have full residence halls on campus! By the end of move-in week, more than 8,000 students were in housing. Thanks to everyone on campus for their hard work in helping ensure a smooth and safe move-in week.

AllerTrain is a national ANSI accredited food allergy and gluten-free training for food service operations. The classes provide food allergy awareness and safety training for food handlers. AllerTrain courses cover what food allergies and intolerances are, what happens when someone has an allergic reaction, and safe practices for front and back of house to reduce the risk of food allergy reactions. Miami makes AllerTrain courses available to all Food & Beverage employees as a commitment to providing a safe dining experience for our guests with food allergies and intolerances.
