Palio Inspired Lasagna The recipe is "lasagna with fried ripe plantains instead of pasta. It takes forever to make and you have to plan ahead since the plantains typically take at least a week to get really ripe and sweet. BUT it is totally worth the effort."

"Since acting hasn't been feasible during this time I have been doing some voice over work. This included our Miami Student Laptop Presentation for the remote Orientation which was fun!" During our time off I did my whole house spring cleaning. Done a couple craft projects (made a ceiling light out of an antique enamel bowl and made bird feeders out of different items). Also, painted one of our decks and cleaned out the flower beds.
