Return to Campus // CAMPUS SERVIC E S U P DAT E So much has changed for Campus Services in recent months. For all of us, this means new protocols in how we provide our services the best way possible. We feel it’s important to share with you the steps we've taken, and the enhanced measures we’ve implemented to keep students, our employees and the greater Miami community safe and healthy. Since last March we've closely followed the guidelines and recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local governments. When new guidelines are updated, CS has proactively responded. We've also independently reached out to the Butler County Health Department for a walk-though of our spaces to make sure we're aligned with local protocols. Every step of the process from the entrance to exit from the guest's perspective was detailed with the Health Inspector. Below are the actions we've taken: • 6-foot markings on the floor in front of the registers • No contact payment, our new Cashless Campus program • Cashiers wearing mask and face shield • 6-foot markings and arrows guiding the guest to follow social distance guidelines • All items will be served, no self-service • Lines to designate the 6-foot distance between servers and guests • Arrangement of tables and reduction of seating per guidelines • X markings on booths • We are using compostable carry out packaging • We will have a Wellness Ambassador helping to clean tables and direct guests • Sanitation stations at dining locations • Guests and employees will be required to wear masks at all times inside or when they are unable to social distance while out of doors • We will have GET mobile ordering to better serve our guests and to help with social distancing
