Kimberly Roberts Accounts Payable

As our most tenured Senior Accounting Technician, Kim is very knowledgeable and committed to our department’s success. As the true steward of university assets, she works very hard to ensure compliance with the policies. For FY23, Kim reviewed and approved over 20,000 payment documents. At the same time, she provides excellent customer service to the departments and students we serve. We often receive feedback from departments complimenting her and thanking her for assisting them in resolving invoicing problems. Kim has a great personality and is a joy to work with! In addition, she willingly jumped in and gave extra effort to help cover vacancies and train new employees this year. Thank you for all of your efforts to make our department run smoothly! Brian Nichting Accounts Payable

Brian has been employed with Miami University for over eight years as the Food Service Supervisor, and decided to make a career change joining the Accounts Payable team as a Senior Accounting Technician in October of 2023. The department greatly appreciates the fresh perspective he brought to payment processing and collaborative approach to suppliers and departments within the university. Brian’s love for numbers and problem solving that has made him a valuable member of our team. Brian mastered his new role so quickly that he was able to be cross trained in supplier setups and Chrome River transactions review in record time. He is an excellent addition to the AP team and we are so grateful to have him! Brian was recently nominated for a P.R.I.D.E Award! - AP Team

Rebecca Mauller Accounts Payable

As our Travel and P-Card Analyst, Becca became an expert in travel and P-Card policies and operations as well as in functionality of the Chrome River system. Becca is a problem solver and innovator, she is always looking for opportunities to improve our processes and make them more efficient for all university employees. Becca built positive relationships with many employees and various departments across Miami. This year, Becca worked very hard to prepare, schedule, and conduct training for our Chrome River users. She also put in extra work to cover vacancies and train new employees. Becca’s positive attitude and collaborative efforts make her a valued leader on the AP team. Great work Becca!
