Circle W Ranch

We are honored to have the opportunity to exclusively market the Circle W Ranch, an excellent hunting and cattle ranch located in the western portion of Central Texas. The Circle W Ranch has been owned and operated by the same family for many years, and this is the first time the property has been offered for sale.

Property Description

The ranch is a combination of gently rolling pasture and seasonal creek bottoms which offer numerous hardwood trees such as cedar elm, live oak, post oak, and other hardwoods. Mesquite thickets and some cedar combine to create great habitat for the wildlife that is native to this area.

Several hundred acres of the ranch have been grubbed and cleared of invasive brush, leaving an ideal pasture for grazing. Additionally, approximately 100 acres is cultivated for wildlife foodplots.

Approximately 270 acres of the ranch lies north of County Road 121, the remaining acreage is all contiguous. The property is completely fenced and cross-fenced into approximately a dozen pastures with various traps and alleys to move livestock. Fences appear to be in very good condition, typically being all steel five wire construction.

The stewardship shows clean pastures, sound fences, practical improvements, and habitat that consistently produces wildlife.
