Step 1: Log into your Common App account
Step 2: Click on the tab that says “ Common App”.
Step 3: Once you get to the Common App page, scroll down and you will see a section called “ Common App Waiver”
Step 4: Now Depending on the criteria list you can see if you are eligible to receive a fee waiver which means all college applications will be free
