Q1 2025 Results

HUB Risk Services Division

Risk Services Executive Summary

During Q1 2025, our HUB Risk Services Division engaged in multiple opportunities across our North America footprint that resulted in new business and client retention wins.

The division also participated in various collaborations throughout our Specialty Practices, corporate articles and webinars – “Ready for Tomorrow”, HUB International “product launches”, Big 3 Summit, “Deal Desk” alignments as well as generating fee revenue and Global-Complex Risk business wins!

HIGHLIGHT “METRICS” or “RESULTS” for the NEXT 2 SLIDES

IDK – this is just filler: Our regional structure allows us to address local market needs while maintaining consistent standards on a national platform with boundaryless structure. However, as industries have expanded and evolved, knowledge gaps have grown as well as reduction in bandwidth to access these resources.

HIGHLIGHT “METRICS” or “RESUTS” for the NEXT 2 SLIDES

IDK – this is just filler: HUB Risk Services currently offers comprehensive on-theshelf and customize solutions to our business and individual clients. However, proactively engaging in emerging risk with leaders, participating in associations and conference discussions, and developing NEW and “emerging risk” products are the future strategy of the Practice Leaders. More involvement, more engaged participation in insurance solutions, with better outcomes for our internal and external stakeholders.

HIGHLIGHT “METRICS” or “RESLTS” for the NEXT 2 SLIDES

IDK – this is just filler: Our geographic reach, global resources and operational range provides us with access to more insurance marketing with solutions tailored to our clients needs. However, feedback from practice leaders are that regulatory bulletins, webinars, and workshops bring visibility, but microburst learnings, videos, and risk-selling are more memorable avenues to support the practices.

NEW – HUB RISKS SERVICES TEAM MEMBERS

IDK – this is just filler: At HUB we understand that managing your risk can make or break your business. By leveraging our product expertise, market clout, data analysis tools, and underwriting capabilities we’re able to help you control costs now and in the future. Our regional structure and access to national resources enables us to give you a risk management solution tailored to your needs.
