Bob Gazich is a Visiting Assistant Professor at CSBSJU. He received his PsyD, M.A., and B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. He currently teaches Leadership Theory & Practices and Advanced Global Strategy. Dr. Gazich’s areas of research include the intersection of the Benedictine Values and Leadership, as well as International Business. He also participated in the AIBRP (Association of International Business, Research, and Practice) in Chicago,whichhelpsfosterabetterunderstanding of research and education in International Business.

Frank J. Plachecki, Ph.D. is a local author, speaker, college professor, and trainer in business and industry. Dr. Plachecki currently teaches courses in leadership and management development, performance improvement, human resource management, and other key topics, focusing specifically on supervisory and frontline manager development. Frank is a successful local musician, andoftenperformslivemusicinhisclasses,creating a high-energy experience for participants. Following a successful bone marrow transplant, he is now a cancer survivor. Frank speaks with a particular passionaboutlife,faith,family,andcareerfulfillment.
