DEAR FRIENDS, Thank you for your interest in booking a performance by the bright and talented students of California School of the Arts – San Gabriel Valley (CSArts-SGV). We appreciate your consideration in featuring our aspiring artists as part of your upcoming special event. CSArts-SGV’s Performance Ambassadors are a professional-level ensemble of talented student singers, dancers, and instrumental musicians. Backed by the school’s renowned arts training, these students consistently deliver polished, high-caliber performances. With an extensive and versatile repertoire, the Performance Ambassadors can tailor their entertainment to suit a wide range of events and budgets. Let us BRING CSARTS-SGV TO YOU! Please note that we request an honorarium for each performance. All performance honorariums represent the school’s actual expenses associated with student performances, including on-site staff chaperone(s), staff time for event coordination and student rehearsals, transportation, makeup, costume use and cleaning, and other necessary costs. Donations are greatly appreciated and are designated to the students’ arts conservatory programs for future enrichment opportunities and/or needed supplies. Dancers
Our dynamic dancers deliver show-stopping performances across a variety of captivating styles, including contemporary, ballet, hip-hop, and more. Choose the group size that best fits your event – from a featured soloist or small ensemble to a large group of 20 or more performers. No matter the size, our talented dancers will bring energy and excitement to your celebration.
Instrumental Musicians 2
The following four instrumental music groups can provide background music to enhance your event or serve as the featured performance!
Classical Chamber Groups feature a variety of student musicians, from string players to small wind groups to a combination of both. Repertoire performed is primarily classical, but can include more popular music and show tunes upon request. Our classical String Quartet is perfect for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other special events. Guitarists provide an intimate yet entertaining ambience for your event. The performance can encompass a variety of musical styles, including classical, jazz, and flamenco. Jazz Soloists and Combos provide an easy, upbeat, or intellectually provocative atmosphere for your event. Repertoire performed can include standards from the last 60+ years. Pianists provide a unique and inspiring ambience. The performance is tailored to meet the specific needs of your event and can encompass a variety of music styles, including classical, jazz, pop, and show tunes.
Popular Music Bands 3
Our Popular Music Bands bring vibrant, high-energy performances to any event. Featuring talented student vocalists, guitarists, keyboardists, bassists, and drummers, these dynamic ensembles perform crowd-pleasing hits across a variety of genres. From classic favorites to contemporary chart-toppers, our bands can tailor their setlist to match the style and atmosphere of your affair.

Vocalists
Our highly trained vocalists perform a wide range of repertoire, from instrumental-accompanied pieces to a cappella arrangements. Delight your audience with melodic choral performances, lyrical singer-songwriters, or fully produced musical theatre-inspired acts. We also offer festive performance options for the holidays, perfect for adding seasonal cheer to any event!

ABOUT CSARTS-SGV The award-winning California School of the Arts – San Gabriel Valley (CSArts-SGV) provides a creative, challenging, and nurturing environment that offers bright and talented students unparalleled preparation for higher education and a profession in the arts. Founded in 2017, CSArts-SGV currently serves a diverse student body of approximately 1,300 gifted students in grades 6-12 from more than 80 cities within and outside of the San Gabriel Valley. While middle school students receive their academic instruction through Duarte Unified School District (DUSD) and their arts instruction through CSArts-SGV, high school students attend both academic and arts classes full-time on the CSArts-SGV campus. In addition to a college-preparatory academic program, CSArts-SGV offers pre-professional arts training in a variety of conservatories within the Schools of Dance, Fine & Media Arts, Music, and Theatre. This innovative public charter school embraces and encourages artistic creativity and academic excellence, producing lifelong learners who matriculate to top tier colleges, universities, and conservatory programs. As a public charter school, CSArts-SGV is donation dependent, but no student is offered or denied admission based on financial capacity. Through a public-private partnership, the State of California provides funding for the academic instructional program offered at CSArts-SGV; however, the school must privately raise approximately $5 million to fund the arts conservatory programs each year.
