When I think back on 2025, I feel incredibly proud of what this community has become
At the beginning of the year, our official Exam Crushers community was still relatively new We had the vision for a space where people could study together, encourage one another, and feel less alone during one of the hardest seasons of their professional journey. What I did not fully anticipate was just how powerful the connections inside this community would become
Over the past year, we expanded in so many meaningful ways We launched inperson events, continued to grow our group coaching, and completely revamped the program so that people could receive even more support throughout the exam process But what stands out most is not the structure of the program It is the people
Every day I see members showing up for one another I see encouragement in the chat when someone feels discouraged I see study partners forming friendships that go far beyond the exam I see people sharing resources, celebrating wins, and reminding each other that this process does not have to be done alone.
The resilience in this community is extraordinary Many of you have faced real obstacles along the way, yet you kept going Watching so many of you pass the exam and step into new opportunities has been one of the greatest joys of my career It is incredibly rewarding to see doors open for you after all the hard work you have put in
What makes this community special is not just that people pass the exam. It is the way people lift each other up while getting there
Thank you for the courage, determination, and generosity you bring into this space You make this community what it is.

WHO WE ARE
Preparing for the EPPP is a significant milestone on the path to becoming a licensed psychologist. For many candidates, however, it can also be one of the most demanding and isolating stages of professional training
Exam Crushers was created to change that experience.
We are a comprehensive coaching program designed to support candidates through the entire Exam preparation process. While effective test-taking strategies and highquality study materials are essential, we believe lasting success comes from something more: structure, consistency, and community
At the center of our approach is the Snowball Study Method, a structured study plan that helps candidates build knowledge gradually and sustainably over time Rather than relying on last-minute intensity, the method emphasizes steady progress allowing small, manageable efforts to accumulate into meaningful momentum
Equally important is the community that develops around the process Through coaching, group study sessions, and shared accountability, candidates are able to prepare alongside others who understand the unique challenges of this stage of the profession
The individuals featured throughout this yearbook represent that journey Their stories reflect commitment, persistence, and the steady progress that ultimately leads to success

Numbers can tell part of a story, but they rarely capture the full experience behind them
The 750+ coworking sessions represent hundreds of moments when members chose to show up, open their notes, and study alongside others who understood the same challenges and goals
The 30+ Q&A sessions reflect conversations where questions were asked, strategies were clarified, and uncertainty gradually turned into confidence.
The 12 Sip n’ Chat gatherings remind us that preparation for the EPPP is not only about studying it is also about connection, encouragement, and the reminder that no one has to go through this process alone.
The 2 Crush & Connect events marked the beginning of a new tradition bringing members of the community together in person to connect, share experiences, and celebrate the journey toward licensure.
And the 19 newly licensed clinicians represent something even more meaningful: the culmination of consistent effort, community support, and the steady momentum built through the Snowball Study Method.

UPDATED MASTER PLAN
In 2025, we introduced an updated version of the Master Plan, refining the structure of the Snowball Study Method to make it even clearer and more sustainable for members preparing for the EPPP The update focused on helping candidates build steady momentum
CRUSH & CONNECT EVENTS
We introduced Crush & Connect, a new series of gatherings designed to bring members of the Exam Crushers community together beyond their study sessions These events created space for connection, conversation, and shared encouragement among individuals navigating the exam prep journey By providing opportunities to meet, reflect, and support one another, Crush & Connect quickly became a meaningful part of the community experience.
