Ashel Singh fondly recalls the impact of his first CRU® Camp: “The leaders were so welcoming and open-hearted. That sense of love from strangers struck me. I wondered, what’s so different about these people? I realised the leaders must be Christians! I wanted to take the step of being like them. I said yes, I want Jesus to be my Saviour.” It’s a wonderful story – but it may not have happened without the generosity of others. CRU Camp wasn’t an option until a family friend offered to pay for Ashel to go on camp.

EXCEPTIONAL LEADERS Our dedicated teams of Christian leaders care for campers 24 hours a day. They are trained in child protection procedures, reference checked and screened in accordance with government legislation. Their love for God and young people makes them brilliant role models. Each camp has a ratio of at least 1 leader to every 5 campers, with at least 2 leaders with First Aid qualifications to ensure that each camper receives an exceptional level of care. Most primary-age camps also have a camp ‘mum’ and ‘dad’ to care for the emotional needs of young campers. ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT Our nurturing camp environment is one where your child will feel accepted, cared for and encouraged. Through activities, leaders help your child develop teamwork, cooperation and communication skills whilst also challenging them to step out of their comfort zone to achieve new things. Meals, discussion times, and the encouraging camp environment enable campers to leave camp having grown in confidence, character, and social skills. Our camps are alcohol, tobacco and drug-free. GREAT VALUE We work hard to offer quality programs at the lowest possible price. This season our early bird camp fees start from just $45 a day for Day Camps. Residential Camps start from $99 per night which includes all activities, meals, accommodation, 24-hour supervision, plus transport for most activity camps. Our action-packed CRU® Day Camps will ensure your child makes the most of the opportunity to make new friends and build self-confidence during their school holidays! They’ll enjoy the experience of camp, with the chance to participate in exciting outdoor activities and explore a Christian worldview, whilst still going home to sleep in the comfort of their own beds. EXCITING ACTIVITIES Laser tag, stick-lets, giant jumping castle, scooter ball, excursions, archery, rock climbing, creative craft, Nerf tag, parachute games, mobile basketball, magic show, BMX bike riding, giant swing, and Christian Discovery with puppet shows, singing and skits.^ CARING COMMUNITY Our caring leaders get alongside your child to make sure they have a great time. The whole camp shares the same morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, as well as lots of activities together, to ensure everyone feels like they belong. AFFORDABLE CARE You don’t have to pay extra for your child to go on an excursion, nor do you have to make lunch each day. Everything is included in the one low price! Also, camper sponsorship is available on application, especially for families with multiple children attending the same camp. FLEXIBLE TIME The program will start each day at 9am and run until 5pm. Stick-lets is Day Camps' newest activity that challenges campers to work in teams to create huge structures. Using long pieces of dowel and silicone joints, campers have the opportunity to build different shapes and structures to compete for the title of the tallest, strongest and most creative buildings! With different team roles such as Master Welder, Stability and Demolitions Expert, and Design Consultant, there's something to engage everyone in this creative hands-on activity.

With stacks of sailing, tubing, beach, trampolines, kayaks, wide games, new friends and more, Sailing Adventure is always a summer adventure to remember. Get ready to sail across the lake and race to a secret destination. It doesn't matter if you’ve never touched a boat before or if you've skippered an America’s Cup yacht! Back on land, we’ll enjoy heaps of sports, an epic day of adventure on the beach and at the Rec. Centre to battle it out in trampoline dodgeball, and loads more. Each day, we’ll chat about the God of the universe and chill with friends on and off the boats. When the sun sets, we’ll split you into teams for epic WIDE games, watch a movie with unlimited popcorn and drinks, and have a huge party on the final night!
Suit up for a week packed with epic water-skiing, wakeboarding and tubing. Master new skills every day on board and skis, or get to your feet for the first time with help from our awesome instructors. Soak up the sun and enjoy the view as you relax by the huge pool, kick a ball, play some tennis or basketball, and chill with new and old friends. Win the ‘greatest stack’ competition on the tubes, kick back on the jetty and take some time out to chat about the claims of a guy who didn’t need skis to stand on water! At night, try your hand at the famous Ski Land Ski and hang out by the bonfire overlooking the picturesque lake. BEACH BLITZ
If you’re looking for a week on the water full of action, friends and chill times, then Aqua is the camp for you! Head to Lake Mac this January for an awesome time on the water as we sail, swim, water-ski, wake-board and go tubing. Our fleet of Catamarans, Envies, Lasers, NS14s and Status boats, plus our experienced leadership team will ensure you have a great time soaring across the water, whether you’re a seasoned sailor or just starting out! We’ll also continue the good times at the beach, swimming and playing beach sports. Each day, we’ll spend time talking about our creator God, eating yummy food and relaxing with new and old friends. Get set for a week of motor-racing, heart-pumping, dust-ripping action. Our team of experienced leaders is ready and revved to train you on our fleet of Honda XR, and CRF 80s and 100s! They'll help you achieve new dirt bike riding skills on nine specially graded dirt tracks, no matter what your riding experience is. As well as burning the berms each day, you'll try your hand at archery, bush adventures, wide games, raft building and loads more! Together we'll explore who Jesus is and each night we'll get outdoors for some silly games with a huge bonfire to top off a non-stop week.
First-time riders and self-confessed pros will love a whole week of dustkickin' fun! Learn from expert riders and further your skills as you burn around the tracks on our fleet of 80s and 100s. Plus, learn more about bike care, skill up with pro tips and chill out by the pool each day. Add to that our great food, learning and chatting about our awesome God, as well as loads of activities and games. Love all things arts & crafts? Christmas Capers is one week full of all the craft, creativity, glitter and masterpiece creations you don’t want to miss! Spend all week busy with stamps, stickers, scissors, paint, glue and glitter making heaps of fun gifts, jewellery and creations to give away for Christmas or take home to decorate your room. By the end of camp, you’ll have a boot load of creations, including a delicious handmade, lolly-decorated gingerbread House!
