September to January 2022/23
Give thanks for the five CRU Educational Camps being held at CRU Lake Mac and Galston Gorge this week. Please pray for the campers, that they will have an exciting week as they enjoy activities on the lake and in the bush.
Praise God for the five CRU Educational Camps happening this week. Pray that the leaders would show Christ’s love as they care for the campers and that the team would lead with enthusiasm and excitement, ready to serve the campers, teachers, and other staff. Pray also for the training events that are being held for Holiday Camp leaders in NSW and WA. Pray these leaders would be encouraged and equipped to proclaim the gospel on camps this spring holiday season.

Please pray for the spring CRU Holiday Camps season, both in NSW and WA. Pray for the two CRU West holiday camps happening this week: CRU Quest, an activity camp, and CrossTrain, a Christian leadership camp for Year 9-11 students. Pray also for the two Year 12 study camps, two activity camps, and two Day Camps in NSW. Pray the Spirit will be at work in the hearts of the campers during the week. Pray also for the CRU Finance Committee as they meet. Pray that they might serve faithfully in their roles.
Give thanks for the Lake Mac Open Day & Thanksgiving Service and for the opportunity to celebrate the work that God has done through the redevelopment of the site. Followers in Training (FIT) events will be held at schools across NSW and the ACT this term. Pray the Year 5 and 6 student leaders attending will be compelled to learn more about God and His love for us, and learn practical ways to serve Him and others. The Schools Ministry Week of Prayer and Night of Prayer is this week. Please pray that teachers and chaplains will be inspired to meet together and pray for the gospel to be known in their school communities.

Pray for the men and women meeting in the RTO and Summit Committee, and those attending the Bronze Refresher course. Give thanks for their hard work and efforts in serving at CRU. Pray also for the Wills Day events happening on both Friday and Saturday. Give thanks for the generosity of the lawyers in sharing their expertise and time. Pray for fruitful discussions as they help our attendees with their Wills.
OCTOBER
As Term 4 starts, praise God for the opportunities CRU has to support ministry in almost 250 different schools. Many high school groups will have new student leaders this term. Pray for them as they step into these roles. Praise God for those who will be attending the CRU Business Breakfast on Wednesday. Please pray that they will be encouraged to pray and to give generously so that more young people can hear about Jesus. Pray also for the CRU Board as they meet this week. Ask that God would be glorified through their discussion and decision making.

Give thanks for the CRU Staff Connection Day and the opportunity to gather as a staff team. Pray also for the Divisional Heads as they meet this week. Give thanks for the men and women in these roles and for the way God has equipped them for their tasks. Praise God for CRU Ball, a thanksgiving event for our volunteer camp leaders. Pray it will be an encouraging event for our volunteer community to continue serving God on CRU Camps.

Give thanks for the teams at CRU Lake Mac and CRU Galston Gorge who work hard to ensure our campsites and activities are well presented and functional for guest groups and campers. Please pray for the second week of spring holiday camps, for logistics and safety as the campers share the site and enjoy all the activities.
Praise God for the 24 CRU Educational Camps that are running this term. Pray for energy and health for the team as they run the programs and that they will be leading campers with humility and grace. Pray also for the First Aid Training running this Saturday. Pray it will equip leaders as they serve on camps. Please pray also for God to provide new staff for 2023.

Pray for the CRU Educational Camps happening at Lake Mac and Galston this week. Please pray for the campers, that they can enjoy the outdoor activities and learn about who Jesus is. Give thanks for our site staff as they continue to serve and run the campsites. Pray also for VOLT, the camp volunteers’ training event happening on Saturday, that they will feel equipped to serve in the summer holidays.

Please pray for the CRU Properties Committee and Financial Committee as they meet this week. Give thanks for the members’ passion to serve and ask that God would guide them in their decision making. Give thanks for the three CRU Educational Camps held at Lake Mac this week. Please pray for logistics and safety as the campers and teachers enjoy their time on our campsite.
NOVEMBER
Praise God for the CRU West Inter-CRU and NSW Mega-CRU events which are fellowship gatherings for Year 7-12 students. Pray these students will be encouraged in their faith and unity in Christ as their school year comes to an end. Pray also for the training events being held for the Summit team and CRU Camp volunteers over the next two weeks. Pray these events will further equip them in their ministries.
Please pray for the CRU Board as they meet on Monday night. Pray that God will provide the members wisdom and discernment as they seek to make important decisions for CRU. Pray also for the two CRU Educational Camps at Lake Mac this week. As the end of term approaches, please pray that God will continue to sustain the team as they lead on camps.

Give thanks for the four activity camps that are on this week. Pray for our CRU Camps team, for energy and clarity as they manage bookings, coordinate with camp volunteers and liaise with campsites. Give thanks for their ongoing hard work towards this wonderful ministry. Please pray that campers will enjoy their time and experience the goodness of God on camp.
DECEMBER
Week starting Sunday 11 December
Praise God for the summer CRU Camps season. Pray for the Day Camp and four activity camps happening this week. Give thanks for the volunteers who are leading and running these camps. Pray that God will enable them to faithfully share the gospel and that the campers can make lifelong friendships with one another.
Thanks be to God for the birth of Jesus and the hope found in our Saviour King. Pray that the good news of Jesus Christ will be made known throughout the world as we celebrate Christmas.
Give thanks for the two CRU Educational Camps running at Lake Mac and Galston this week. Pray that the Year 6 and 7 students will be open to hearing about who God is, and will enjoy the many outdoor activities on camp. Pray that the team will be developing wonderful relationships with all the campers and teachers attending.

Please pray for the five activity camps, two Day Camps, and study camp being held this week. Praise God for the many campers who will be enjoying various activities. Pray that fruitful relationships will be developed on camp, and that the volunteer leaders will be able to answer questions about the gospel faithfully and lovingly.
Please pray for the students, teachers and chaplains as they prepare to return to school next week. Pray that God will continue to provide opportunities for CRU to reach many young lives with the good news of Jesus.

JANUARY
Praise God for the new year and exciting start to 2023, with six activity camps happening this week. Please pray for smooth logistics and safety as multiple camps run. Pray the volunteer leaders will have many opportunities to share who God is with the campers, and that many young people’s lives will be transformed with the gospel. Pray also for the wider CRU staff as they look ahead to the new year. Pray that God will be glorified through all of CRU’s ministries. Pray also for new trainees who are joining us as the year begins.
Give thanks for the many CRU Educational Camps running this term. Please pray for the four camps happening at Lake Mac and Galston this week. Pray that our Educational Camps team will be able to model Christ in the way they lead, and that many campers will be encouraged to hear about Jesus throughout camp. Pray also that the team can build strong relationships with the teachers and have fruitful conversations.
Praise God for the holiday camps happening in NSW and WA this week. Please pray particularly for CRU West’s Big Summer camp; and that campers will enjoy a wonderful camp experience and make lifelong friends. Pray also for the three activity camps, Day Camp and study camp in NSW, that many young lives will be reached with the gospel. Pray that campers will be inspired to learn more about God beyond camp.
