Thank you for your support!
Despite east coast holiday camp numbers still being substantially below the peaks achieved pre-COVID, over 116,400 young people were involved in CRU ministry activities in 2024-25. We praise God that many indicated new faith commitments or recommitments.
Usage of the redeveloped Lake Mac campsite continued to grow, particularly for CRU Educational Camps. Both CRU Educational Camps and also CRU West’s holiday camp numbers have exceeded our strategic plan goals.
OF COMPREHENSIVE INCOME
Growth in these areas helped to offset reduced Lake Mac Capital Campaign income, which declined in line with budget expectations as pledges were completed. Staff costs rose 10.5% in a competitive labour market, finance costs rose 26.5% and insurance expenses rose by 30%
We give thanks to God, and also thank you, our wider CRU community, for your prayers, time and financial support. God has used your gifts powerfully for His glory. We look forward to what will be achieved for His Kingdom in the coming years.
