Dear prayer supporter, We trust that you and your loved ones are well and staying safe despite the current Covid uncertainties.

We give great thanks to God that CRU’s camping ministries were able to run in the first half of 2021 and that CRU’s Schools Ministry was able to return to face-to-face school visits again. However, as we are all aware the Coronavirus situation is unpredictable, situations change quickly and our operations are impacted by government regulations.

As we cannot be confident about dates for camps, groups or events, we have created this daily prayer plan that you can use at this time to continue to pray for us. We hope you find it helpful. Thank you for your ongoing prayer partnership and desire to see Jesus shared with a new generation. We are so grateful to God for you.

Weekly CRU Prayer Plan Monday - With camps and school groups not able to go ahead for this period, pray for CRU staff as they plan for the future and seek to make best use of the current time.

Tuesday - Pray for the next generation, that they would grow to know and love the Lord Jesus. For those who follow Him, pray that God will give them boldness in witnessing to those around them. Pray for the young people who would have heard the gospel in their camps or groups during this COVID period - that during this time of greater social distancing, they will still have a hunger for God's truth.

Wednesday - Ask that God will grant strength and wisdom to our government, leaders, and those in authority, as they continue to make significant decisions for our nation.

Thursday - Pray that God will grant wisdom to those in leadership at CRU. For the Board, senior management and camp directors, pray that God will help them to make wise decisions to enable the gospel to be shared effectively. Pray that staff would trust in God’s sovereign timing, as they make decisions about the activities and work of each ministry area.

Friday - Pray for those who are unwell in our community, that God would show them His goodness and faithfulness in times of trouble. Pray for vulnerable communities here and around the world, that God will provide for their needs and be their refuge.

Saturday - Pray for our Christian brothers and sisters around the world, that they may hold fast to the hope we have in Jesus in the midst of uncertainty and trouble.

Sunday - We thank our God that He is all-knowing and in control (Psalm 145). Praise Him that He hears and answers our prayers. Pray that those leading church services or preaching today will do so faithfully and well.
