We ship orders Tuesday to Thursday via next-day courier to ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays. When do you dispatch?
Wheels come either individually wrapped in display-ready 8-packs or unwrapped in cake boxes of 12. Bars and cookies are currently only available in foodservice. How are the products packed?

What is the shelf life of your products?
Unwrapped items stay fresh for 60 days ambient, while our individually wrapped products last 15 months sealed Cookies hold up beautifully for 30 days in a cookie jar or glass dome, we don’t recommend refrigerating cookies once unwrapped, they’re best stored at ambient temperature and displayed on the counter
Can I freeze and defrost them again?
Yes, unwrapped items can be frozen for up to 6 months, and wrapped items can be frozen too, if needed. Just let everything return to room temperature before serving
We use next-day courier with insulated packaging and ice packs We don’t dispatch if the temperature is over 33°C to protect product quality, and will ship following day. How do you ship chocolate in summer?
