he First weekend of June for the racing community, drivers, and spectatores alike, means it’s time for the Thompson Gasser Reunion. Like birds returning from the winter months, the Gassers take flight from all parts of the Midwest and East to return to “Gasser County”, and Thompson Raceway Park, for one of the first nastalgia meets of the summer. The Cruisin Times Ohio Legends tent will be jam packed with autograph seekers getting a collector poster signed by racing legends and checking out the display of Drag cars that once ran the quarter mile. This years event will be Fri & Sat June 2 & 3, 2017 with a Special Friday night Crackle Fest! See ad on next page for more details...

Eastlake Boulevard of 500 Flags Cruise!

hursday nights come alive each week at the Boulevard of 500 Flags behind the city hall in Eastlake, Ohio. With our third year (since our rebirth) in full progress, the weather is getting better and the cars are coming out after a moderate winter rest! The grounds are ready, the flags are up and the agenda is set. As usual, there will be food available, plus over 250 spaces ready to park a large variety of hot rods, classic cars, customs, sleds, and muscle cars! It happens every year without fail! This is one of Ohio’s most beautiful cruise venues, and has been since its storied beginning in 1997!!! Each week we have Theme Nights where cars have their own honorary parking spaces and as the weeks go on, we’ll have awards for certain classes of cars that will be judged by the attendees. Trophies will be given to the top winners! Remember to set your Thursday nights aside to join all the other folks that will be there (or be square!). It’s easy to find from all sides of town, especially if you put our address in your GPS (35150 Lake Shore Blvd., Eastlake, Ohio 44095)! We’re located conveniently at the corner of Rt. 91 and Lake Shore (again, behind the city hall). Times are from 5pm to 8:30pm or dark, which ever comes last. See our ad for Theme Nights!
