Is it too cold to go for a walk? Sometimes it looks a bit cold or grey outside and you might think it is better to stay indoors. In cold weather you might feel cold if you stand still, like when you have to wait for a bus.

Once we get walking we warm up.

And walking, talking, and laughing together can make us all feel great. Everyone that has joined our walking groups said they are glad they came and they had a good time!

Hi, I am Emily. I run the Healthy Lives group. Join me and the rest of the group, to explore parks in and around Croydon, and try some sports too! The walking groups are free, there will be a cost for some of the sports. Please contact me for more information.
