👁 👁 NOTE: If you haven’t already done so, before proceeding with this or any other PragmAlchemy exercise, please be sure to read the PragmAlchemy Orientation. POSITIONING Find a peaceful, comfortable space at home or another location where you can lie down fully outstretched in order to do this PragmAlchemy starter exercise for a minimum of 5 minutes. Feel free to wear earplugs and/or a sleeping mask to shut out noise and light while letting yourself go deeper into the meditative aspect of this exercise.
