TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DIRECT MINIMUM ORDER:

First order minimum is $150. Minimum Re-Order is $50. Two unit minimum per SKU.

TERMS:

First orders are C.O.D. or Credit Card.

Crown Point Graphics accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Net 30 Terms available upon satisfactory credit check of references on re-orders only. (1.5% Finance Charge on overdue balance will be accrued).

A $25 service charge will be added to any returned check or stop payment checks. A 10% service charge will be payable on unaccepted or undeliverable orders.

Invoices will be sent digitally via e-mail or fax unless otherwise requested. Please provide current e-mail and/or fax number with orders.

SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped “Best Way” from Indianapolis, IN unless otherwise requested. Orders are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks. The cost of shipping will be added to your invoice.

An additional UPS or FedEx C.O.D. charge will be added to ALL C.O.D orders. You pay for shipping costs on our Free Displays and offset merchandise.

SHORTAGE DAMAGE CLAIMS:

Goods damaged during shipment must be reported to Crown Point Graphics AND to the Carrier within five business days to initiate a claim. Save all packing materials for inspection by the claim adjuster. We will send you a return authorization approval good for thirty-days. We must receive the damaged goods in original packing with a copy of the invoice in order to replace the shipment.

Any shortages must be reported to Crown Point Graphics within 7 business days of receipt of order.

BACK ORDERS:

We will ship out of stock items as soon as possible unless otherwise noted on invoice. Normal shipping charges will apply to back orders.

PRICES:

Prices are subject to change without notice. Purchase order numbers should accompany all invoices, acknowledgements, and correspondence.
