For Friends and Neighbors of Crown Center for Senior Living MARCH 2024 I am honored to serve as the new Executive Director of Crown Center for Senior Living, and I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome I have received from this vibrant community. Crown Center has earned a well-deserved reputation for providing quality, affordable housing and supportive services for older adults. Our success is built on the unwavering commitment and talent of our dedicated Board of Directors and staff, the broad support from the community, and, most importantly, the wonderful residents who call Crown Center home. I am thrilled to be part of a community that values progress, inclusivity, and the well-being of its residents. Completion of Crown Center’s Phase 1 Building and Staenberg Commons Our commitment to providing a top-notch community has come to fruition with the successful completion of the Phase 1 Building and Staenberg Commons.
Inviting Community Spaces Our newly constructed building features bright and cheerful gathering spaces, fully accessible to all, and inviting community rooms. We believe in creating an environment that fosters connection and community.
Resettling Residents We successfully relocated 25 residents from our original Tallin Building, ensuring their comfort and safety, while also welcoming 20 new residents into our new building.
Tallin Building Demolition As part of our strategic plan, we have undertaken the demolition of the Tallin Building to pave the way for future developments that align with our vision for Crown Center.
Preparing for Phase 2 Excitingly, the groundwork for Phase 2 has begun. We remain committed to continuous improvement and expansion to better serve our residents and the greater community.
