Deborah E. Arbabi is member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Group and a leader in the Plaintiffs Recovery practice, through which she has helped clients recover over $750 million in recent years. Meagan T. Bachman’s practice focuses on construction contract disputes and other complex commercial issues in both arbitration and litigation. Trina Fairley Barlow is co-chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group and a member of the Government Contracts Group. She devotes a substantial portion of her practice to helping government contractors navigate and comply with the myriad laws, regulations, and Executive Orders that impact employers who are government contractors. Caroline E. Brown provides strategic advice to clients on national security matters, including anti-money laundering and economic sanctions compliance and enforcement challenges, cybersecurity, cross-border data transfers, and investigations. She also advises companies navigating review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and “Team Telecom.” Caroline brings over a decade of experience as a national security attorney at the U.S. Departments of Justice and the Treasury. Most recently, she served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Before joining FinCEN, Caroline served in the Treasury Department’s Office of General Counsel, Enforcement and Intelligence, advising on sanctions, AML, and various other national security issues relevant to the nation’s financial system. Lorraine M. Campos is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Government Contracts Group and member of its Steering Committee. Rebecca Baden Chaney is co-chair of Crowell & Moring’s Transportation Practice. Evan Y. Chuck, a member of the firm’s International Trade and Corporate Groups, leads the firm’s Asia practice. Susan M. Hoffman is the public service partner at Crowell & Moring, with responsibility for promoting and overseeing the pro bono work performed by the firm’s attorneys. Charles C. Hwang is an experienced transactional tax lawyer. She has extensive experience in post-grant proceedings that accompany the Hatch-Waxman Act and BPCIA cases. Debbie helped secure the first successful IPR challenge filed by generics makers before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Federal Circuit, challenging a formulation patent on the multiple sclerosis drug Gilenya® Debbie’s assists large and small clients with creating and implementing intellectual property protection and procurement programs and developing creative solutions to managing IP assets. She advises on domestic and foreign patent filings and provides world-wide patent portfolio oversight. Gail D. Zirkelbach is a member of the firm’s Government Contracts and Investigations groups and serves as member of the Government Contracts Group Steering Committee and the Procurement Strike Force Response Team.
