Both Parkway Co-op and Twin Valley Co-op employees and members have welcomed new General Managers (GMs) to the helm, with both co-operatives seeing new leadership appointed by their respective board of directors. Ashley Moulson, CPA, CA took

over the role as general manager of Twin Valley Co-op on Sept. 1, while 20 days later, Curtis Nickel, very familiar with the Parkland area, was appointed and welcomed to the GM position of Parkway Co-op. Both boards are looking forward to work with the new GMS, as the organizations continue to strengthen and build on their reputations as trusted and prominent

partners serving the communities in their respective training areas. Moulson has been a valued member of the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) for the past eight years, serving in a variety of leadership and financial roles. “Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication, a strong analytical mindset, and a commitment to the opera-

tional excellence of Twin Valley Co-op.” the board expressed. “Her extensive experience and proven leadership make her well positioned to guide the co-operative and its branches into its next chapter of growth and success.” Twin Valley Co-op’s head office is located in Birtle, with branches located in Miniota, Birtle, Rossburn, Russell and Elkhorn.

Like Moulson, growing up in Dauphin, Nickel started his career in CRS with the Dauphin Co-op as a courtesy clerk from 1992 to 1996. From there he moved on to Federated Co-op working as a team member in the warehouse to a supervisor and then a warehouse manager.
