Crossroads Senior Living would like to announce that our employee of the month for May 2023 is Karen Engan!

Serving our community since 2015, Karen started at Assisted Living as a dietary aide and eventually found her niche on the floor as a Personal Care Provider. Karen pours her heart and soul into the residents at Crossroads and is never too busy to lend a helping hand. A “jane of all trades” in every aspect of her work makes her an invaluable asset within our community.

In an overwhelming vote from her peers, these statements were made about her incredible work: “Never misses a page.” “Cares for and loves us all.” “Knows how to get things done.”
