HOW YOUR COMPANY CAN SUPPORT OUR NEIGHBORS

Finding and retaining talent is especially competitive in today’s workplace. Studies show that when your company partners with a nonprofit it can boost employee morale, create a positive workplace culture, strengthen bonds between employees, and develop leadership skills among employees. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) continues to grow as a way for companies to set themselves apart of the competition and is quickly becoming an expectation by consumers. Companies that incorporate CSR can experience benefits like better brand recognition, positive business reputation, increased sales, and customer loyalty.
Sincerely, Liz Latsa
