We exist to abolish economic, relational, and spiritual poverty through career and community development When we started working with our neighbors in northeast Denver in 2008, we knew that the problem of poverty could not be solved with fragmented or relief-based approaches Instead, we focused on creating a model that would eliminate poverty itself, rather than simply lessening its effects By participating in our tuition-free career and community development program, our students (called Leaders) can graduate from poverty and participate in meaningful work

For every $1 invested in our Leaders, we see a $6.45 return, based on earned income, decreases in government benefits, and taxes paid

THE PROBLEM in Denver live in economic poverty

We want to change that less than 2% of those in poverty are homeless. We serve the other 98%.

By 2020, CrossPurpose successfully completed a five-year goal to get 1,000 people out of poverty We are now pursuing a new strategic plan to expand the program and bring 5,000 people out of poverty by 2025 is the average income of a single-parent in poverty

118 Glorious Rocky Mountain Miles - considered one of the top races in the U.S. No matter if you take the plunge with the 118-mile Triple or ease into it with the 79-mile Double, we abide by what you want to ride.

About the CrossPurpose Cycle Team

In 2022, 46 CrossPurpose Cycle Team riders raised $65,000 for our neighbors through the Triple Bypass! We brought the largest nonprofit presence and most diverse team!

This year, we are aiming for 60+ riders Gain access to training rides

2021: 20 Team Members, 13 Riders and $13,000 raised

2022: 60 Team Members, 50 Riders and $125,000 raised

An 862% revenue increase and 284% rider increase!
