Your congregation is full of men and women gifted and called to love their neighbors in unique ways. Explore the many ways you can partner with CrossPurpose as we seek to love our neighbors and pursue the flourishing of this city - together.

PASTOR&DISCIPLE

Spiritual support is an essential aspect of our program. You can serve our Leaders by teaching classes in spiritual formation, evangelism, and more; following up with any Leader who desires to be discipled; and providing adequate mentors to foster Gospel growth in their lives.

EMPLOY&ENGAGE

We are always looking to grow our network of Employer Partners You can help connect business owners and employers who could hire Leaders directly from the program

RECRUIT&VOLUNTEER

Allies are volunteers who engage in a six-month volunteer commitment to encourage Leaders and build relationships. You can refer Allies and other qualified volunteers for tutoring, mock interviews, career mentoring and teaching.

REFERSTAFF&LEADERS

Members of your congregation may be great candidates to work at our nonprofit. Or, you may have prospective Leaders that you'd like to refer to our program.

You can partner financially with CrossPurpose to support our ministry, or you can connect philanthropic individuals and institutions with CrossPurpose to help us grow.

COLLABORATE&GROW

Relational, spiritual and economic poverty is too great a problem for any one church in this city to solve. We need to work together and bring more churches into this network so we can love our city well.
