THANK YOU 2018 was a monumental year in the life of CrossPurpose. We took a leap of faith and transitioned our one-year program to a six-month program, with the hope that this and other programmatic changes would bring about even better results for our neighbors. At year’s end, we are celebrating outcomes that exceeded even our hopes and gratefully acknowledge the partners who made it possible.
