IMPACT REPORT

In 2022 CrossPurpose celebrated 10 years of existence. In reality, the story began over a decade ago in relationships with our neighbors.
2008: We moved to NE Denver to love and know our neighbors. There, we found out 16,000 neighbors lived in poverty.
2012: We launched the first iteration of CrossPurpose called "Upstream Impact".
2017: We transformed our program into the six-month personal and professional development experience we offer today.
2020: COVID hit and we took our programming online.
2009: We met our founding philanthropist, Tom Gamel.
2022: We launched our second location in Englewood in partnership with Wellspring Church.
2014: We officially became CrossPurpose.
2019: We moved into our current NE Denver headquarters building.
2021: We started an endowment fund to ensure our ability to serve our neighbors for generations.
2022: Solidified our third location in Arvada in partnership with Revive Church.
"I had to evaluate and challenge every area of who I was, and I became better for it. I became confident in myself. I didn't care if I found a job because I finally found a purpose, a reason to try, to fight. The certification was a bonus."
2022 Graduate
"CrossPurpose is more than a job for me, it is a ministry where I can not only bless others but also be blessed by others and thrive together as a team on mission in our community."
