A Mission-Driven Facility for Service, Education, and Outreach The Children’s Hunger Fund (CHF) Prosper Mission Center is a new two-story facility at 2161 W First Street in Prosper, Texas, purpose-built to advance CHF’s mission of serving children and families in need locally and globally.

Designed by O’Brien Architects with engineering support from Hunt & Joiner, Jordan Skala, and Kimley-Horn, the center consolidates volunteer operations, immersive educational experiences, administrative functions, and community engagement into a cohesive campus that supports both efficiency and mission-driven storytelling.

Its primary purpose is to serve as CHF’s central hub for volunteer activities, educational programming, donor engagement, outreach, and regional coordination.

The first floor is dedicated to public-facing program

spaces, including a visitor lobby, themed experiential zones, training areas, and a large volunteer center and warehouse that support high-capacity food-packing operations. The layout guides guests through an immersive narrative experience before bringing them into hands-on service activities. The second floor houses CHF’s administrative and collaborative spaces, including private and open offices, conference rooms, a recording studio, and staff support areas, providing room for organizational growth while maintaining close connection to the mission-focused work occurring on the level below.

Green Bay Packaging Fort Worth, TX I 650,000 SF

A Super Plant Built for Advanced Manufacturing They call it a “Super Plant” and for good reason.

At 650,000 SF, Green Bay Packaging’s new Fort Worth facility is one of the largest and most sophisticated manufacturing operations in the region. Built on a 46-acre site, the $61 million facility includes 560,000 SF of manufacturing floor space and 52,000 SF of multistory office and mixed-use areas. The project features 32 docks, a rail spur and rail dock, state-of-the-art machinery, and automated conveyance and extraction systems to support high-output manufacturing.
