Confidential Counsellors lend their ear to each employee and offer assistance in searching for a solution in accordance with the procedures stated in the work regulations.

The confidential advisor will listen with integrity to your story, inform you of possible steps and, if desired, mediate in the case in a way to achieve reconciliation or take the case further to a manager to underline the seriousness of the matter. In doing so, they open the door to a dialogue.
