Mindlab is an online platform with a focus on mental well-being. And here is the good news: through e-learning modules, employees can access all topics on mental well-being anytime, anywhere.

These include stress, burnout, sleep problems, anxiety, depression, dealing with COVID-19 and emotion management.

The online modules contain tools and techniques used in psychotherapy. Each user creates a personal profile and can choose to be guided through videos, interactive exercises, and online questionnaires to get an extra grip on their self-awareness.

Confidential Counsellors lend their ear to each employee and offer assistance in searching for a solution in accordance with the procedures stated in the work regulations.

The confidential advisor will listen with integrity to your story, inform you of possible steps and, if desired, mediate in the case in a way to achieve reconciliation or take the case further to a manager to underline the seriousness of the matter. In doing so, they open the door to a dialogue.

To achieve that, we set up various programmes during the year for which you can sign up.

Professionals will monitor and help you enhance your physical condition.

In addition, we offer you separate individual wellbeing sessions, which take place in the care consulting room or possibly near your office.

We encourage you to hold walking or stand-up meetings, to use stand-up desks, and office bikes during working hours in the office.

As “sitting is the new smoking”, we give you these five tips to exercise at least five minutes every hour.

While sitting on an ergonomic chair, you will enjoy a pressure point massage on the head, neck, shoulders, arms and back for about 20 minutes. You can keep your clothes on, and no oil is applied. After the massage you are relaxed, invigorated, and ready to get back to work.

osteopath Inadequate posture, a fast-paced life, stress, etc., more and more people are experiencing all sorts of back, neck, shoulder, and headache complaints.

An osteopath adopts a holistic point of view and takes different angles to determine the root of the pain. When an abnormality builds up over many years, the body will no longer be able to cope at a certain point. The osteopath will then try to restore the compensation mechanism.

Every year an average of 1 out of 10 gets the flu, which is far more serious than a cold.

Flu vaccination from mid-October to December offers the best protection.

We organise free flu vaccination for our coworkers every year. You can get a vaccine on different Cronos sites, or you can order one and have your GP administrate it.

The Antwerp 10 Miles, the 20km of Brussels, the Amsterdam marathon …

These are but a few sports events in which Cronos participates throughout the year.

In 2021, over 250 Cronosieten ran the Antwerp 10 Miles, and we will probably do better this year!

cycling Cronos has a huge cycling community.

Riding a few kilometres together in the weekend or joining the Cronos Classic are but a few of the activities that Cronos organises along the road.

Bike crossing in the woods and fields are also part of the programme.

Every Tuesday evening there is a FUN training in Den Willecom (Edegem). It takes place from 6 pm sharp and ends around 7.30 pm. We welcome you to be there 15 minutes earlier, so we can start on time!

Cronos provides equipment, but of course you can bring your own. Afterwards there is the opportunity to shower and to have a chat in the cafeteria.

indoor football Every year, Cronos organises an indoor football competition between the different group companies.

Registration takes place in the summer and kick-off is in September. Feel free to sign up individually and we will make sure to fit you in a team.

Mobility week (third week of September) is an exceptional eventful week with plenty of initiatives to improve your physical health.

Helping you exercise is one of our areas of expertise! We top it off with a useful goodie bag for all co-workers who show creativity or courage by exchanging their cars for an alternative commuter vehicle on their way to work on Car Free Day. Mobility and road safety are not the only areas we work on, we also take your healthy lifestyle at heart. To encourage our co-workers to adopt healthy habits we organise sports activities and a wide variety of exercise events at your hearts’ content. Our dedicated mobility partners will also share their expertise and offer the possibility to experience high-end novelties. Make sure to stop by and marvel at all we offer.

Use alcoholbased detergents to disinfect the steering wheel, gearshift, dashboard, turn signal switch and handles. For the seats we recommend using soap and water. Products containing alcohol can damage the leather of car seats.
