TADALFORM

is our range of technically differentiated high performance metal forming oils & coolants for both hot and cold forming processes of both ferrous and nonferrous metals, fine blanking, hot & cold rolling and sintering. The range has been designed, formulated and made using the latest base oil and high - performance additive technologies.

METAL- FORMING, is a process that involves a series of either cold or hot processes using presswork equipment which change the shape and dimensions of a metal piece without material loss. During the forming process both the material and machines need special protective and cooling oils and lubricants.

STAINLESS STEEL TADALNOX, TADALNOX 2 Water miscible paste used for the forming of stainless steels, alloyed and carbon steels, which are subjected to strong thickness reduction. Can be applied neat or diluted in water.

Provides excellent protection of dies and punches against wear. It is a versatile product, the dilution ratio of which can be adjusted in accordance with the drawing severity.

Easily removed by means of a conventional cleaning system Extraordinary film resistance. It allows to carry out severe drawing operations Can be used on bronze elements of dies and punches.

TADALSOL ST 4 Water miscible forming oil, which can be used neat or dissolved in water at different dilution ratios according to the severity of deep drawing.

It can be used with stainless steel and steel alloys.

TADAL DE CL 80 High additive content forming oil for the forming of ferrous and aluminium metals. Due to its high chlorine additive content, it is advised to process with degreasing after forming.

TADAL DE 161 Partly synthetic lubricant used for drawing, deep drawing and diecutting of all kind of steels, including stainless steel. TADALCLIP 6 Fluid specifically designed for calibrating steel and aluminum sintered parts.
