En este apartado se detallan los diferentes colores orgánicos de que se disponen, así como una serie de recomendaciones a seguir durante el proceso de anodizado y coloreado, para la correcta obtención del color deseado. / In this paragraph the different available organic colours are exposed and also a series of recommendations to be followed during the process of anodizing and colouration to obtain the desired colour.

Al preparar los baños, asegurarse que los colorantes están perfectamente disueltos antes de comenzar el proceso de coloración. / When preparing the baths, make sure that the colourings are entirely dissolved before you start the colouration process. Es preferible disolver los colorantes en agua a unos 80ºC, un recipiente independiente usando una proporción de 5:1. / It is better to dissolve the colourings in water at about 80°C in an independent container using a proportion of 5:1 El pH de los baños de trabajo se debe ajustar antes de utilizar el baño, en función de las recomendaciones definidas para cada color en concreto. / The pH of the working baths has to be adjusted before using the bath and depends on the for each colour defined recommendations. Se recomienda usar ácido acético y acetato de amonio para ajustar el pH de los baños. Se puede usar una solución buffer pH=5.5 para mantener el pH en su rango de trabajo (8g/L Acetato de sodio+0,4g/L ácido acético). / It is recommended to use acetic acid and volatile acetate to adjust the baths’ pH. It can be used a buffer solution pH=5,5 to maintain the pH within its working range (8g/L sodium acetate + 0,4 g/L acetic acid).

3. SELLADO / SEALING Proceso de sellado recomendado. / Recommended sealing process. Se recomienda sellado con QUIMAL SEAL 200 L o QUIMAL SEAL 201 L (Productos base acetato de Ni). [Ni] = 0,3 – 0,4 g/L / The sealing with QUIMAL SEAL 200 L or QUIMAL SEAL 201 L (Products with Ni acetate base) is recommended. [Ni] = 0,3 – 0,4 g/L. T = 60 – 90ºC (a 90ºC se minimizar el sangrado de los colorantes y se obtiene la mayor resistencia a la luz posible de los colores). / T = 6090°C (at 90°C the bleeding of the colourings reduces and it can be obtained the major light resistance of the colours that is possible). T = 1 – 3 min/micra. Aunque para espesores de 10 micras no se recomiendan tiempos de sellado inferiores a 10 min. / T=1-3 min/microns. Although for a thickness of 10 microns there won’t be recommended any sealing times under 10 min.
