From County Government facilities to city halls, performing arts centers and parks and recreation facilities, our team understands having a well design plan is critical to maintaining and improving the quality of life for the citizens that use them. We understand the challenges you face when planning and operating these types of facilities and green spaces. We have invested years in developing expertise in planning, assessing, programming, designing and constructing facilities to serve the local government staff, citizens and visitors. We understand the necessary goals, mission, and functional requirements of these types of facilities. We know the challenges of site parameters, budget and schedule parameters and the challenge of satisfying multiple project stakeholders including the public. We have invested most of our working careers creating spaces with a strong sense of place through careful planning, creative design, and a thorough implementation process.
