Designing industrial space types must accommodate a planned working environment with a dependence on equipment and technology. The welldefined layout of circula on space must be func onal and efficient, while providing a safe and comfortable environment for the workers to increase produc vity and control; therefore, reducing opera ng costs and improving customer service. O en neglected in industrial facili es is the overall building image, aesthe cs and landscaping which are important issues that need to be considered within the real estate market.
