ARCHITECTURE

CROFT is a full-service architecture, engineering, and program management firm headquartered in Kennesaw, Georgia. Founded in 2004, CROFT completes over 100 projects each year for clients across the globe. Our team provides in-house design services that include: architecture, interior design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, energy engineering, construc on administra on, and program management. Our architects and engineers are experienced in leading complex design projects with construc on budgets of more than $80 million.

Architecture and Engineering Under One Roof CROFT brings an interdisciplinary collabora on approach to each project, which we believe is cri cal in all stages of the design process. Integrated design among the project teams provides a deeper understanding of the project early in the design process. Mul disciplinary teams are formed to research various topics for each project, including indoor environmental climates, energy usage, efficient systems and appropriate materials. Our architects and engineers sit side-by-side promo ng greater communica on, priori zes efficiencies in budget, schedule and sustainability. These unique teams deliver quick resolu on and strong solu ons to our clients.

Jeff Morgan PE Lead Electrical Engineer Jeff has 15 years of experience in building assessment, mechanical/electrical/ plumbing system design, energy audi ng, building code compliance, and facili es engineering. He has audited in excess of 15 million SF of government, ins tu onal, and commercial space and has contributed to fuel distribu on, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs for more than 500 facili es with construc on budgets of over $50 million.

SRM Designs involved architectural, structural, civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines with an es mated construc on value of over $50,000,000 across all 9 sites.

Yanmar EVO//Training Center, Acworth, GA This project involved providing MEP design services and construc on administra on services for a 23,000 SF Corporate Training Facility. This facility included Industrial Training Rooms, Office, Classrooms, Service Workshop, Auditorium, Dining Area, and Museum. Responsible for the MEP design, drawing genera on, specifica on wri ng, cost evalua on, code/standards research, and construc on oversight.

Doehler North American Headquarters, Cartersville, GA This new five story North American headquarters facility includes design and master planning, for an 80,000 SF corporate headquarters facility and campus.

The 26-acre campus master plan will require the phased-reloca on of R&D func ons from exis ng facili es, data center opera ons, and the integra on of a highly sustainable, state-of-the-industry headquarters facility into a campus with ac ve produc on opera ons.

Working in close collabora on with the en re design team, Vincent develops engineering solu ons that are appropriate, efficient, prac cal, and buildable.
