Collective Housing
Small to Medium density The house was designed based on the architectural movement of Stjil, which was characterized by a composition that resulted from the consecutive division of the same element into several, setting a rhythm in the composition.
06
Collective Housing Medium to High density
The project is based on the understanding of the Japanese metabolism in architecture. This movement started in 1945 thanks to a group of architects and urbanists characterized by having no coating or artificial colors, for its flexibility and adaptability and its futuristic organic growth. Always looking for an honesty in their materiality to expose them. Its main exponents are: Kenzo Tange, Kisho Kurokawa, Arata Isozaqui
07
Based on a context analysis, the project aims to reactivate the institutional area in which it is located through mixed collective housing and the use of a nearby park.
08
The program is developed in a series of hexagons, characterized by their capacity for organic expansion without losing their essence and relating to nature.
09
The 4 towers form a complex that adapts to the terrain, reactivates the area and offers an approach to nature through openings for natural lighting, connection between spaces and communication of private terraces

Prado Museum Expansion
This Urban intervention was planned in 2 aspects: to understand the infinity of art and to be able to reach the Prado Museum from every part of the intervention.
11
The aim is to use the perspectives in the plans or meeting areas near the Prado Museum so that they produce a sensation of continuity so that through perspective the Museum can be reached from anywhere in the intervention sector.
12
The expansion of the building follows the continuity of the existing route, so that a vertex is produced symbolizing the infinity of art since art never ends and when going down to the depth of the building one looks at the sky and still can continue to see art in the infinity of the sky.
13
The continuity of spaces, the route delimited by the use of perspective and the understanding the importance of the existing buildings that form the Prado Museum, make this intervention an extension not only of the building, but of the art itself.

14
Thesis The project was focused on the problem of the place, that is, a site analysis was carried out where it was possible to obtain various specific problems. First the disconnection of the pedestrian with the context second the lack of nature and third the safety due to lack of activity.
15
By establishing a business center in the Rio Coca Avenue (intervened sector), it was possible to meet the objectives, connecting two neighborhoods of the city that were initially disconnected through an educational and business meeting building that provides activity in the area.
16
The project focuses on the importance of the pedestrian, which is why parks are created and a circulation through the building that allows the pedestrian to be the protagonist of the project while two buildings that face each other generate a transition space as doors to knowledge.
17
The connection between spaces, and the importance of the user creates quality spaces that promote self learning to all areas and groups of people in the context.

Architectural Visualization Elective Classes
I have always being interested in the methods of showing in a realistic or artistic style, the designs and ideas I have in my head while designing. This is why, during my time as architecture student, I tried to learn as much programmes as possible such as 3d max, SketchUp and V-ray.

This architectural visualization elective classes taught me the importance of creating comfort in an image understanding how to appreciate the warmth of textures and the properties of light when passing through an object and reflecting in othes.
