TWO MEN CHARGED IN 2017 FAYETTE COUNTY MURDER Bobby Richardson, Jr. (DOB 7-28-94)

and

Tordarius Quentrev Rhodes (DOB 11-30-96)

MEMPHIS – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, working alongside investigators from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, have obtained indictments for two men in connection to a 2017 homicide. At the request of former 25th District Attorney General Mike Dunavant, TBI Agents began investigating the death of 20-year-old Andrew Deaundrey Curtis-Terry on May 25, 2017, shortly after authorities found his body with gunshot wounds inside a wrecked 2006 Nissan Xterra near the intersection of Highway 195 and Taylor Drive near Somerville. During the course of the investigation, Agents developed information leading to Bobby Richardson, Jr. (DOB 7-28-94) and Tordarius Quentrev Rhodes (DOB 11-30-96) as the individuals responsible for the crime. On Monday, the Fayette County Grand Jury returned indictments, charging each man with one count of First Degree Premeditated Murder, one count of First Degree Murder, one count of Especially Aggravated Robbery, one count of Theft, one count of Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Premeditated Murder, one count of Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder, one count of Conspiracy to Commit Especially Aggravated Robbery, and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Theft. Today, Agents served Richardson, Jr. (LEFT BELOW) at a Tennessee Department of Correction facility, where he remains incarcerated on unrelated charges. Agents also served Rhodes (RIGHT BELOW) with his charges today at the Fayette County Jail, where he remains incarcerated on unrelated charges.

SAVANNAH WOMAN INDICTED ON THEFT CHARGE JACKSON – An investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has resulted in the arrest of a Savannah woman, who is charged with stealing from her former employer. At the request of 24th District Attorney General Matt Stowe, in December 2017, TBI Agents began investigating an allegation of theft from Bob’s Discount Pharmacy on Pickwick Street in Savannah. During the course of the investigation, Agents developed information that indicated Teresa Crumby, who had managed the deposits at the store, was responsible for the theft of approximately $90,000 to $100,000 from March 2016 through May 2017. On July 16th, the Hardin County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Teresa King Crumby (DOB 03/23/1967) with one count of Theft over $60,000. On Tuesday, Crumby was arrested and booked into the Hardin County Jail, and was released on her own recognizance.
