BREAKTHROUGHS IN INDIA BRINGING CHANGE TO ODISHA STATE Strongholds Broken

A Pastor from India in the state of Odisha, a known hotbed for radical Hindus, reached out to Mission Cry with a request. This brother from India oversees three seminaries, and asked if he could get a pallet of books in order to help in getting students Bibles, Christian books and seminary materials. In addition, he mentioned that it would be a blessing if they could have extra copies of Bibles and books for evangelism in that area. During this request I also read about a 14 year old boy who was stoned to death for being a Christian. He then literally, not figuratively, was chopped into thousands of pieces and spread out through some of these radical Hindu areas. They did this to remind people that they should not be Christians. Our brothers and sisters around the world are under such persecution and all they’re asking for is to be able to have a Bible to read about the very God they’re being martyred or beaten for.

I decided not only to give a pallet of seminary, Bibles, Christian books, Mission Cry New Testament Bibles and Mission Cry Daily Journals, but to send nearly 70,000 copies in two sea containers to the state of Odisha. The great news about this is not only will this provide those hurting the ability to have a Bible, but it will also help get all three seminaries credentialed by December of this year. We will WE WILL TAKE [THEM], TRAIN then take those that want to attend, train them up at the seminary and THEM, AND SEND THEM BACK send them back out to these radical

To put this into perspective, he would have needed $1,000,000 to get this accomplished; however, due to the donations of the above materials, we were able to ship him everything he needed at no cost to him.
