Phases started out as a very small project: the goal was a simple chapbook and then grew into something much larger and more lovely. It was, in a lot of ways, a gentle act of rebellion for me. After years of dismissing my art, publishing phases was me choosing to seek connection and expression with others, instead of caving to insecurity and doubt It was a beautiful learning experience and has allowed me to reach more people than I ever believed possible Hearing from people how much a piece touched them, or what it meant to them, is worth more than any amount of money.
