Following customer feedback we have adapted this year’s range to ensure we provide you with sufficient solutions to match your budget, preparation time and the preferences of your customer base. Our teams have carefully selected new products to complement our established Christmas range, offering you a greater opportunity to add your own touch when finishing these products on-site, as well as a range of quality, versatile ingredients to use in your scratch cooking.

Our Executive Development Chef Rob Owen, has been integral to the development of this year’s range and concepts.

PULLED TURKEY TIAN INGREDIENTS

Serves 6

2 turkey legs 2 onions 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 1/2 bunch parsley

METHOD Confit the turkey legs and flake into a bowl.

Finely dice the onion and peppers and cook in a little oil until soft and allow to cool.

Chop the parsley and add all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.

Press into a Tian mould and serve with mixed salad and our Spiced Apricot and Orange Chutney 606032 pg 7.
