With more than 35 years of experience in property finance, funds management, and private lending, Peter has built a strong reputation within Australia's private credit sector. Recognising the growing need for flexible funding solutions beyond traditional banks, he founded Credit Connect in 2006 to connect quality borrowers with private capital.

Under Peter’s leadership, CCG has originated more than A$1.28 billion in propertybacked loans and established itself as a trusted manager of Australian private credit investments. Houman Ashrafi is Head of Investment Services at Credit Connect Group (CCG), leading investor relationships and capital partnerships across the firm's private credit platform.

Working closely with sophisticated investors, family offices, and wealth advisers, providing access to Australian real estate-backed private credit opportunities focused on income generation and capital preservation.

With extensive experience in investment management and financial services, Houman plays a key role in investor engagement, portfolio growth, and delivering transparent communication throughout the investment journey.
