Kaitlyn Allison Title: Social Media Intern Primary Department: Brand Communications
Key Responsibilities -Create engaging social media content that encourages audience interaction, including likes, shares, comments, and reposts -Stay informed on current social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to help drive audience engagement -Attend and provide social media coverage for the Summer Concert Series and other community events

Zach Nash Title: Marketing Intern Primary Department: Database Marketing
Key Responsibilities -Transferring reporting services to PowerBI Interface -Cleaning and maintaining guest information data -Ensuring there’s a clear communication between front-facing staff and those working behind the scenes Your Winning Experiences -Getting to meet all the staff between the staff in the Marketing department and those in the Passport Club -Getting a chance to build my skills in an environment that encourages me to build them
Title: Purchasing & Warehouse Intern Primary Department: Purchasing
Key Responsibilities -Purchased food and beverage products daily from multiple vendors to support restaurants, bars, and other outlets throughout the casino -Completed and updated purchase requisitions for food, beverages, and supplies to ensure departments had the items they needed -Reviewed inventory levels in GP, determined what products needed to be reordered and in what quantities, and placed orders to maintain adequate stock levels Your Winning Experiences -Seeing the gift shop items, candy, and giveaway products I ordered through ReqLogic being used and sold throughout the casino was one of the most rewarding parts of my internship -Building relationships with employees across various departments helped me grow professionally and gave me the opportunity to shadow several finance roles, including Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Hotel Revenue, as well as spend a day with the General Manager. These experiences gave me a broader understanding of casino operations, leadership, and potential career paths within finance -Participating in intern events, such as a Target Field tour and table games training, helped me build relationships with fellow interns and create lasting connections

Maddy Birk Title: Digital Communications Intern Primary Department: Brand Communications
Key Responsibilities -Create and schedule weekly digital marketing content across multiple platforms to reach hundreds of resort guests. -Support marketing campaigns promoting concerts, casino & hotel promotions, and resort events across email, SMS, and web platforms -Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and promotions team to develop promotional messaging aligns with brand guidelines Your Winning Experiences -Being able to learn hands on and obtain real world marketing experiences -All of the intern events were very interesting, and I learned a lot about myself personally and professionally -Being a part of a team who works together, my input has always been valued and appreciated
Title: Information Technology Intern Primary Department: Apps/Network/Help Desk
Key Responsibilities -Apps: Support the development and maintenance of software applications to ensure functionality for smooth user experience, both internally and externally -Network: Help maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, assisting the construction of new network systems when needed -Help Desk: Provide first level support for staff through troubleshooting issues. Also help manage user accounts, building workstations, and documentation Your Winning Experiences -The IT department has been very inclusive, all Team Members are kind and help me whenever they can -I have learned a lot of valuable knowledge and gained a plethora of experience from my senior employees -Getting to spend a full week mentoring with the Application Developer was a great opportunity that I am thankful for

Key Responsibilities -Analyzed promotional and marketing data to support decisions and track performances of marketing & players -Helped redesign the team member app to improve navigation, usability, and overall appearance -Developed ideas for new Pick’Em promotions and analyzed results of the promotions

Key Responsibilities -Rotate weekly through all of our Food and Beverage Outlets to develop a comprehensive understanding of varied service environments -Complete special projects to support assigned area. This includes administrative tasks as well as hands-on, operational duties -Served in an interim supervisor capacity, developing leadership skills and learning operational management practices throughout the F&B department Your Winning Experiences -Riding the Spirit of the Water with a Small Meetings Planner and getting to see him sell the space in action! -Working outside with Event Beverage Concessions for Rockin' the Island -Learning about, and watching the Miss Minnesota production

Key Responsibilities -Throughout my internship I designed, Printed, Cut, and Installed various collateral (Signs, Banners, Wall installations, ETC) Your Winning Experiences -I think my two favorite experiences were getting to make stickers for all the interns for our bowling event as well as getting to design a huge human slot machine for the TI state fair booth

Title: Information Technology Intern Primary Department: IT HelpDesk Key Responsibilities -Provide technical support for hardware, software, account-access, connectivity and peripheral related issues -Manage and document help desk tickets -Installed, configured, updated, and imaged computers as well as employee onboarding, device set up and software installation -Troubleshooting network connectivity issues including Wi-Fi access, VPN connectivity, Ethernet connections, printer connectivity & shared drive access -Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to users with different levels of technical experience -Collaborated with other IT members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Your Winning Experiences -Being able to work with such an amazing group of people who are as equally invested in your success and growth professionally -My biggest win as an IT intern was developing the ability to solve real user problems independently while learning how a professional IT environment operates -The gratification you get from problem solving and helping people resolve technical issues -Being offered a role and asked to join the team for full time employment midway through my internship
