We are CreativeMind: success-driven fanatics who help salespeople create the strategy, mindset and habits to become a top performer.

CreativeMind was born in January 2015 with the vision to help teams increase their impact in a confident, consultative and enjoyable way. We believe success is a continual improvement process, consistently embedding good strategy, mindset and habits into routines until high performance becomes second nature.

Jen is the founder of CreativeMind and delivers all the training. She has spent the last fifteen years working in sales, presenting and training and loves seeing people develop and reach their potential.

During her career, Jen has worked as a global sales trainer for FedEx, authored the Top Performer Journal and coached over 3000 people & teams around the world. She lives in Bristol with two young children, one middle-aged husband and an old dog called Scraps.

Our fantastic team are Heather (Learning Coordinator), Hetty (Strategy) and Emma (Systems/ design). Our team values are Love, Freedom, Success, Creativity, Integrity and Fun.
