President’s Message
Hi All,
Welcome to the first newsletter of 2022.
We have so much to look forward to this year. AKC has made some changes to the number of shows a specialty club can put on in a year, as well as the way we can do them. The change came too late for us to change the format of our specialty this year but it might mean another specialty later in the year . Stay tuned. We also still have some wonderful supported shows throughout the year, so please participate when you can.
Mark your calendars for the specialties, May 6-12, 2022 and please support the shows in any way you can. Trophy donations are always in demand, but we also need extra hands as well, to help man some of the tables during the show. Even if its just a couple hours it would be hugely helpful. Please reach out to Maureen Sullivan and let her know where you can help or Jodi LaBombard about trophies. Obedience and rally always need extra hands as well and no experience is needed. Hollee Russell and Paula Recco will train you as you go. It is so rewarding to help make the show happen, and we really appreciate each and everyone of you that does. Can’t wait!!
This newsletter has also featured some of our stud dogs. We thought it might be a good idea for members to have a place to share some of your amazing and healthy boys. We would love some feedback to see if there is any interest in this moving forward or maybe featuring promising puppies and brood bitches?

We, at the Rottweiler Health Foundation, truly appreciate your generosity. You support helps further our mission of promoting the public’s knowledge and appreciation of Rottweilers. We also are learning more about various diseases and issues of our breed so we may fund research to help find ways to deal with these diseases.

2022 SPECIALTY May 6-12, 2022
This year’s Specialty will be held May 6-12, 2022 at The Net Sports Complex in Palmyra, PA. Details will be finalized over the next couple of months. And remember, the CRC specialty offers 3 consecutive conformation shows with obedience, agility, herding, carting, and more at various days and times.
