This year’s Parade offers consumers a selfguided tour of nine new homes by eight award-winning builders that are fully finished, landscaped and furnished. Our Parade of Homes is YOUR Parade. Your ticket entitles you to visit all the homes as many times as you wish across both weekends. Enjoy the relaxed pace as you tour the homes ranging as far south as Delmar and up north to Saratoga. We think you’ll appreciate the variety of home styles and floor plans, innovative design features and inspiring finishes.
