Sound Bath Classes Planetary Gongs Sound Bath

Gong Sound Baths are an immersion in sound. Approach the session as you would course on mindfulness. Sound “baths” are best experienced laying down comfortably on a yoga mat “Soaking” your cells in sound is an ancient practice used to promote self-healing of the body, mind a soul. It slows the brainwaves into a peaceful meditative state, which then calms the nervous system. This, in turn, slows the heart rate, lowers blood pressure and slows breathing, as well as stimulating the immune system. The result is a deep sense of peacefulness along with a realignment of the energy centers of the body. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, along with a blanket, pillow and a water bottle- anything that will add to your comfortable relaxation. There will be a brief introduction before an hour long Sound Bath and chocolates afterward to help you “ground” before heading back outside.
